All foreclosures are in public record by a document called a lis pendens, required by the Uniform Commercial Code. 

The course I chose is run by a local guy here in Colorado and goes into a lot of detail about the points where Colorado law differs from the uniform law.

In looking at the Oridna Municipal Code, I found two relavant sections:  Chapter 10.52 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES and Chapter 3.12 UNIFORM TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX.It looks like the ordinance has defined a tiny house on a trailer as: "Oversize recreational vehicle" means vehicle, other than an automobile, which is self-propelled, motorized, and has self-contained living quarters, including a kitchen, bathroom and sleeping areas, and may be used for the transportation of people upon a street or highway, but not including any vehicle designed for travel on stationary rails or tracks.

Contractor said its normal, but would at not cost to me come back out in two weeks and put a topcoat/seal on it, covering everything in black to make it look uniform. 

The B class communities or three stars park rating are the good working class communities, if I had to look at the landscaping and cars, there are probably two cars to every family, and the landscaping is going to be very uniform, because everyone wants to keep up with the “Joneses”.

Investors should really take a close look at these agreements and ensure that there is an acceptable loan to value that can be shown rather than taking the word of any broker that the collateral is sufficient.It's also different in substituting collateral between partners or brokers with investors than a borrower on a note having any right to change collateral, especially in an equity funded installment contract.Under the Uniform Commercial Code and in state law, installment contracts are defined basically as any financing arrangement to purchase an asset over time.

BTW, everything I'm saying is Georgia specific, I have NO IDEA what other states do, so you absolutely need to check locally.I'm assuming it will be similar because of the Uniform Commercial Code, but there will be nuances in different states and cities.
