Understood about the not so "hands off" investment.

I had a positive experience doing this last year, but it was a 1031X buyer who had owned STRs and understood the extra value.Never hurts to try, I say.....

I bet they get a bunch of this stuff to go.. the folks AT CI really need to watch who they let on the site.. if they are recommending lenders.At least on BP its well known and understood NO one is vetted. use at your own risk
