So, I don't mean to defend or condemn them, I'm just trying to explain what appears to have transpired. 

I called my neighborhood precinct today to get some more information to see what is on record of transpiring and am awaiting a call back. 

My bet is that, in lieu of what's transpired, if the closing attorney hasn't mailed title they probably won't until your title insurance company can get a quick indemnification letter out to the closing attorney prior to recording which helps save his own a**.

With that being said, you still have every right to ask questions to be sure that you are understanding what is transpiring.

You'll notice it has now changed in status to pending.The negotiations on this home were very interesting and I may enter an additional post that explains how they transpired.

We can not blame gte for the events that have transpired in the past, present or future.

While we may not see eye to eye on what transpired here, ultimately it will be up to your existing and future clients if they are comfortable enough with your business practices to work with you.

Now as far as being the current owner not being pleased with you contacting the tenants- the 'reason' for this is that some tenants can be difficult and if you back out of the deal/closing the transaction doesn't transpire, now they would have some disgruntle tenants to deal with.
