I sincerely hope things change but if you had to ask me right now, I would accept all of my (300k) capital back if they wired it back to me tomorrow.

If you're able to get those items over before our call tomorrow we can go through and run more numbers based on offsetting that payment.DSCR is always a possibility for a new home, but it would not have the benefits of a primary residence lending option (terms and down payment).

I have an inspection scheduled for tomorrow for the termites, but he said without tearing back walls it's tough to know whether they're active or not.

The Success Path didn't feel good I mean don't get me wrong the seminar gave up some good information but by me being experienced in real estate some things they explained just weren't true and I can see how you lost your money because they do not explain the process clearly that's why I didn't invest right away I am suppose to tomorrow but finding your message brought clearly to me what I had felt sitting in that seminar.

The financing contingency period is up tomorrow and it looks like they are going to back out, so I guess we will put the property back on the market as a cash-only purchase and see what happens.
