I just learned something new.Intruders Warrant in state of Georgia At least in the state of Georgia, if someone is in your property without having a signed lease with you, the actual owner of the property, you can use this rather than the slower eviction process.File the warrant with te sheriff and show you are the owner.

If te buyer does something dumb like repair a home before closing then that agent can lose their NAID and all ability to sell HUD homes.To me as a listing agent I would say no thank you to anything below 3% especially on a minimum $1250 commission.
