This thread is absolutely as frustrating and terrifying as it gets, DO NOT do your own structural work on ANY property if you do not know what your doing, it is STRUCTURAL, if you mess it up, which you will if you don't know what your doing, that means you will compromise the structure, there is no such thing as "ah, oh well, it was only holding the house up, no big deal". 

If you have an entrepreneurial mind and  aren't afraid to do things that can terrify "normal" people, you'll make all the money you need and then some.

Now I’m terrified that with Hawaii’s landlord tenant laws that I have just inherited a permanent room mate.

The thought of working through some of the more "traditional" methods for finding deals are terrifying to me.  

I fear that the upcoming bailouts and cash give-aways by the federal government because of the corona virus will affect the markets in many different ways.I am terrified that printing/creating trillions of dollars will cause my $60,000 cash to be cut in half or more in real dollars by inflation.
