Personally I don’t like being cash flow negative on properties, but I guess if you have an amazing W2 and a good reserve account and the new property is going to cash flow really well then maybe consider it.

IMO, I guess it depends on what is your appreciation and turnover strategy.

Not to mention, these agents provide incredible valuable by providing me real time market intel on buyers tendencies, want's and needs which is important, especially when you are developing for-sale housing.

I guess that all will keep me busy for another 25 years.
