However, I imagine you'll spend some money on an attorney and I don't think you'll get much out of it, it sounds like the project is not in a place to liquidate and is in capital preservation mode at this point. 

I am under contract on an A-Frame to STR in Black Mountain, NC (if it survived the storm) and I couldn't use the DSCR for STR because they messed up 2023 after crushing 2022 on Airbnb.I am at 30% down, 1.75 points, 6.875% with no prepayment penalties - $1,644/month.

Depending on what model I use, I obviously get a different DSCR.

In the least I hope the model is helpful to others, as a start if anything - just like I was searching for before this week.Reader beware : model is not for the fainthearted.

this sounds like My Tesla's  we get over the air upgrades and new features almost every month Dog mode  Joe mode etc etc.. its really cool feature of Tesla's 

it is amazing how folks can live in those conditions and survive but they do.. 

Instead of that, I can keep the property in short-term rental mode in hopes that it helps the area get back to normal sooner.
