I'm trying to understand how refinancing can supercharge your investing.

If there would be a way to utilize my company match while still investing in real estate, it would supercharge how fast I'd be able to save and invest - I'm just not sure if its possible. 

Something to consider, try making money without spending your $10K first, other than perhaps marketing expenses, but keep them low, and once you have made money and can replicate your system, figure out how to use the $10K to supercharge your business.

If I'm acquiring a 125-150K house for 35K, my plan to start BRRRR investing  just got supercharged.

With that being said, I know that we will eventually need a CRM to supercharge, automate, and streamline our business and ultimately allow us to lock down more properties at a faster rate. 

Try to find some value-add properties to supercharge your timeline. 

You could even test the STR market with the house hack strategy if it’s legal where you are, which will supercharge your rental income.

Or you can do a higher DP on a lower priced fourplex to supercharge the cashflow.
