We found it very successful to do direct marketing along with cold calling.  

They only get paid 1% of the credit lines they get for you successfully.

Theoretically you could sue them performance. 

Show a solid performing AirBNB and then punch out a list of prospecting for arbitrage and also promoting yourself as a co-host.
