Agree that we should not be spending a lot on renovations or repairs, but almost everything needed replacements/updates after we turned over the original tenants.

After some updates, I found new tenants and got the unit rented out.

I do require full screening for the incoming tenant, and updated income screening for the full group of tenants.

.: Update: got to the bottom of the most recent issue which turned out to be a miscommunication between Newrez, our bank, and the new loan servicer for Newrez which is Shellpoint.
