I think using the word dishonest is a little bit of a stretch.

To really get into the part where you're having 8-10 fully paid off rentals in year 12-15, you'll need to make a  $400-500k/year at least for a 4-5 year stretch. 

. $500k for a 1 bedroom even with a view is a stretch.

After a year of being a member I'm finally stretching out into BiggerPockets community.

I knew several people who had an undeniably great stretch (probably in that 20% range) until the GR and FC hit them in the face. 

The size of that area is defined by how wide these common properties stretch out and are connected. 

Curious on peoples thoughts if I over stretched or if this is a “good enough” deal to get my first house hack in this market.

With this setup, the buyer would still make the same monthly payments, but instead of stretching those payments over 30 years, they would need to pay off the remaining balance at the end of 5 years.

Vacation destinations are not recession proof by any stretch of the imagination.
