I have her DL, SS# (hopefully she gave me the right one :-))- Apart from keeping pictures, notes of damages , and a bill from handyman, sms exchanges, late fee records, anything else I need to do to strengthen my case infront of Justice of Peace court.

I am new to the investing side of real estate though I have done some property management as well as construction and i have some marketing experience.I am looking to reach out and connect with others whether they do wholesales, flips, turnkeys or investments of other types, i look forward to learning from others and making connections that will teach and strengthen my knowledge and contacts. 

Also, by informing your neighbor of the leak and the potential need for their drain line to be replaced as well even though it isn't leaking, if it does leak in the near future and causes water damage to your property I would think it would strengthen your case for damages (but I'm not a lawyer and cannot give legal advise).
