Syndication and deal sponsorship is a MARKETING business; not a legal one and not a technology one.  

Its a great program so here is an overview for people that are interested in learning more.Freddie Mac likes to see some sponsorship experience in Multifamily as well as strong financial strength. 

This would also give plenty of opportunity for sponsorship from local advertisers if successful.

I am researching the various brokerages to get sponsorship to take my licensing exam but I'm wondering whether there are any investor-friendly brokerages out there that won't have me hemorrhaging money to stay active while I learn the business?  

Their due diligence must have revealed a problem with the sponsorship group; otherwise, I believe they would have explained the reason for the denial.

If you go big you have to figure out debit sponsorship.

This is where corporate sponsorship and non-profit organizations comes into play.

You won't learn the sponsorship business from someone that has tens or hundreds of students.
