Not sure if you have a single STR or manage a portfolio, but I’m only managing one STR right now, and wondering how to set up that kind of payment?

I was preapproved with that amount before, but it was for a single family, primary residence about six months ago.

3 seperate buildings, parceled as 3 seperate addresses so investor can get single family financing on this, is that correct?

I understand I can increase liability in each individual landlord policy, but one single umbrella policy is much more cost effective when I have multiple properties.

I do single family "off market" that I take over with owner financing, subject to, wraps and lease options.

You can get solid cash-flowing single families in the 90-120k price range and duplexes in the 130-180k price range.

Make sure your listing clearly outlines your screening criteria as well as your "house rules" if you're renting out a single room in your home.

I have one single family rental now.

I've never had a single complaint from any of my STR guests regarding not providing streaming services.Also, be sure to set that expectation up front in your listing - let guests know you provide high speed internet and have smart TV's so they need to bring their own log-ins if they want to use any streaming services.
