Almetta has diabetes and Earl has recently had a flare up of his heart problems and I'm thinking of bringing up the issue of  them adding a roommate (their rental is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath) to help out with the yard work and share the rent a bit just so I'll have these folks as tenants for as long as possible.Gail

Most of these turnkey companies are shoveling pigs in Orange Mound, Whitehaven, Hickory Hill, etc to OOS investors that don't know any better.

Same thing on the snow removal, they won't be out there with a shovel themselves.
