Hey Everybody,Question here about what to do in the situation where a garage space had been rented to an individual for storage, no lease, not a commercial garage just residential, hand shake agreement.

I now tie my identity to daily activities (learning and improvement) and the results are taking care of themselves.I am understanding and gaining control over my mind (your #1 above).I hit the gym first thing in the morning and eat a can of tuna and low sugar protein shake for breakfast...a workout and 45 grams of protein is a good way to kick off the day. 

I want to meet them, see them, shake their hand, everything, not just run the credit check. 

I’ve seen horrid painting work by tenants when I go apartment hunting .i just shake my head in disgust most times . 

I thought about doing a buy out but I am involved in another property with him, hand shake deal.

She then offers to buy Bobs house for $25k below his asking price, & tells Bob that if he agrees, he can have the suitcase full of cash right here, right now, & sticks out her hand to shake.

I just shake my head...I have had to cancel two deals on single family homes that I was going to live in while renovating because of the same issue.  

I can't shake this feeling of throwing money down the drain every month on rent but if it makes sense to go with Option 2, I will happily go that route as well. 

My business partner lives in Tampa and has the ability to put eyes on potential properties, shake hands with potential partners, and meet face-to-face with potential investors.
