Hi, RakeshI'm looking into joining Jack Leicht flip secret program too, but I'm not sure if this is worth it to join and invest money into it.

If you have time, go visit some of the homes and secret-shop them to see how they compare to yours.I recommend looking at the market at least once a month for the rest of your life to keep an eye on things.

The tax code is not a secret and there are many, many smart people out there who can, will and do interpret in your favor every day.

The secret about real estate is that, when it comes to buy and hold, you build wealth through appreciation/principal paydown; i.e. you gain equity that you can eventually tap into by either selling or refinancing.
