Like I can look at the numbers from last year on a cabin in the Poconos and see that they did 100k in revenue, but there's no guarantee that it will continue in the next year or two as Covid (potentially) tapers off and the market normalizes.I'm looking at places now and aiming for a place that can generate at least a 25% CoC, and hopefully if the market retracts that's enough buffer to keep it profitable.
