Reminds mean of the old Paul Simon song “Still Crazy After All These Years”  

Before the hurricane hit, I reminded the tenant to secure trampoline.

No exceptions, even for that lovely couple who reminds you of family.

Also, remind them this is coming from a safety measure for everyone wellbeing due to the climate of crime near our homes.

It reminded me a lot of my upbringing and the place I “ran away” from so many years ago.

I tell them to sign if they want to extend and remind them if they don’t agree with new terms they must give notice by x date or those terms go into effect.

My agent, for instance, called me just days before a storm to remind me I could still bind policies and even updated some coverage to ensure I was fully protected before the storm hit.

They reminded me that they have 45 days to wrap things up (there are 5 days left now) and mentioned they’re "looking into the legalities" of giving me the deposits.

@Chris Seveney, but you forgot to mention that the email subject had 3 fire emojis, 3 dollar sign emojis and some arrows to make sure you see it.This reminds me of a the language the Mogul Club uses.
