For me, having seen the short term regulations with Vancouver and Toronto, I had a hunch that out-of-country capital would move east, but at a more relaxed pace.

We have a travel trailer and enjoy camping, so I looked quickly at buying or building a small one because I thought it would be fun, then I realized it would be more fun to just show up, hook up, and relax!  

This actually sounds nice, since it means that the downpayment can be collected in a more relaxed manner, but its also tricky for obvious reasons.Is 8% of the total monthly rent a lot?

Some mortgage lenders are also beginning to relax lending standards.Home builders are trying to meet the extreme demand for an "affordable" product in the Austin area.

This is one of those sit back and relax, go do something for a couple days and check back within the contract frames.I know it is nerve wracking but you don't own the place yet so your level of control is limited.

Others may really like it but figured out at the viewing that you're not going to relax your rules for their pets, prior evictions, income, allowing a business, etc., so hopefully you won't hear from them again.   

I think I read the Fannie Mae also has relaxed their policy on student loan payment calculations. 

Rather relaxed work schedule, about 30-40 hours per week spent on the computer/phone.I have about $15,000 ready for a down-payment with more I could add each month ($2k if necessary per month).
