Hey Bugger Pockets Community,I just finished reading Brandon Turner's book on investing with little to no money down (amazing book btw) and I am interested in knowing what are people's experience with MLO's and seller financing.

I have spent a lot of time reading and re reading everything you all generously took the time to write here on my post.Shiloh, all of your detailed information is awesome and led me down multiple paths of research and has given me much to consider.

If you did finance some of the purchase using a non-recourse loan, then you need to read up on UBTI/UDFI and there are some taxation benefits that the IRA can achieve since it now owes taxes in that scenario.

I would recommend spending your morning commute listening to BP podcast or BP daily podcasts for microlearning, grab a BP book that piques your interest and read a bit every night before bed.
