This is a reaction to their plummeting user base / customers.

The small child got into them, allergic reaction, hospital stay, law suit and now she is out of  buisness.

You are not in control of their perceptions, you will not be in control of their reactions.

Now I'm starting to have an immediate reaction when a deal might be ok or not at all.

But by reading the reactions on the first page, it sounds awesome!

If you just say can I wholesale a lot of real estate professionals do not understand what you are really saying and will shut your question down by saying NO as a first reaction with out thinking. 

From the reactions at the closing table, it seems to be hit or miss on the customer experience.

Wall Street reactions today is stocks tumbled ~10%, analysts feel they can not focus on their business model well.

Swiping a card results in a different psychological reaction than handing someone cash.

@Adam Schneider is right, we can't possibly advise you without seeing the numbers...My gut reaction is keep it and pull the equity out to use on future investments, but that's because personally I rarely sell any of my rentals.
