I am more eager than ever, after coming from a Fortune Builders disappointment, it just seemed like they wanted money, more of a spew of here and there information, reverse psychology, good marketing and good speakers to try and get $25k from me.....but anyway...like I said, would love to be able to ask questions with someone, go out to lunch/dinner and really get some good information and guidance. 

All of us who have started getting deals done had to master their internal psychology to do it.  

I made certain to follow the usual psychological factors that help in business.

Investor psychology is unique to each individual, whether they are more aggressive or conservative; I find myself in the moderate-conservative camp throughout my investing career (yes, I have listened to Dave Ramsey since 2000).

The second girl however, has a masters degree in psychology and is working for a health company right now in Southern California and wants to transfer back to Northern California to her old job (another health company).
