Can you please provide the names of those that will do one?

I’m passionate about real estate and am working towards building my investment portfolio, with a goal of acquiring five rental properties over the next five years.I’m here to connect with like-minded individuals, learn from experienced investors, and share knowledge along the way.

I considered starting out house hacking a MF, but it will only increase my monthly expenses, not lower them or provide cash flow. 

Typically, we conduct background checks on only the individuals who are responsible for the lease (primary resident) and/or cosigners.

Even after one year, that property may provide thousands of dollars worth of appreciation, you will pay down your loan and build some equity, and you can depreciate the asset. 

While it provides opportunities for buyers who may not qualify for traditional loans, it's important to ensure affordability and long-term sustainability.

:We use the cheapest ones that they provide at Lowe's, our handyman installs.

I do NOT have enough knowledge or experience in this arena to provide specific “how to” accomplish this, or even to provide specific”proof” of my position.  

Best bet would be a “partnership” with a monied individual looking for a high risk/high return passive investment with you providing the “active” part.
