Guests treat those kinds of bookings differently than a STR vacation home.They are used to being able to cancel the booking 24 hours in advance and all sorts of other things that STRs like ours can't really accommodate.

Regrettably, after eight protracted months, my case was converted to Chapter 7 due to insufficient equity.Ironically, the trustee swiftly secured a buyer for all the properties that were to be sold to STOA/FlipOS—this buyer being Farraway SG, the same entity that acquired the loans held by STOA USA during a time when they were laying off employees and leaving us in a difficult position.STOA never officially filed bankruptcy.

HI Vince, as long as you are vacating your current primary home and moving into a new primary that is acceptable, but just make sure you obtain a 12 month lease in order to use the rental income to offset your mortgage payment and not getting hit twice for your current mortgage and new mortgage.
