I have nicer Class B properties and it is expected that the applicants have a good record. 

It does not appear that many newbies (or experienced) investors are buying much (transaction levels are at record lows). 

I promise you they will respond to this by saying "Hi Victor, I don't see your name in our records, please give me a call so we can address your concerns" It's all for show.
