Thanks in advanceYou know, I used to worry about an ever increasing deterioration in income to equity ratios but as I get older, I am more and more comfortable with dead equity.

Maybe someone here can point us to one and prove that print media isn't dead :)

Wholesaling is needed for out of state owners to get off their dead assets.

Curb appeal, neighborhood, etc.If you have a quality agent, they should point out potential problems like flooding, cracked foundations or walls, the neighbor's dead lawn, etc.

I feel like we are in a bit of a dead zone where its not enough work to justify but too much to handle at certain times especially with refinances coming up all. 

I am looking to invest in apartments and rolling my 'dead equity' in something larger (apartments).
