I am diligently trying to procure a home but am at a late start at 33 years old.

We started implementing a covid-19 addendum into all of our P&S’s a couple weeks ago that allow the buyer, if unable to obtain financing, to extend the closings until the state of emergency is lifted and the buyer is able to procure financing. 

I’d like a semi professional model that will hold up and procure good results.

Hence the suggestion for procuring an environmental insurance policy.

-Looking to start building a network in the area (and just in general), bounce ideas off others, and just talk property.Where I am on my investment journey: -Bought, lived in, renovated, and sold a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in San Diego and came out of that deal with enough to “trade up” and procure my first apartment home here with the intent to “house hack” and start with a roommate.

Procurement is slowed down but is coming back up again.

I am looking for investors to put their business together and I can assist with anything having to do with procuring the asset.

I am trying to procure the types of investor buyers needed for that market by direct/personal relationships. 

If one of my listing agents procures the buyer the total commission goes down.. its never the full commish.. this is very standard for those that have experience at this.
