The U.S. economy added more jobs than expected, which signals robust economic activity and pressures the Federal Reserve to maintain higher interest rates to combat inflation.

This is my first investment and I have made a lot of mistakes along the way so really looking to survive this situation by any means with pressure coming in from my current lender.

Sounds like decent services, but it's a high pressure sales job (like when the window & door guy comes to your house and wont leave until you sign).

I figure if I can get really good at helping people design shared home plans, then maybe I can create a business around it.There’s no pressure or obligation here—this is just an opportunity for me to learn and help. 

I think I may have read it - but honestly somewhat of a blur because I've read so many different blogs/articles on the various classes of property to help me not only gauge where it is, but also in setting expectations. 

However, Landlords face even greater cost pressures that lead to the increase decisions.

I believe this is a tactic to pressure me into paying the incorrect amount to avoid delaying the sale.

A collective approach could put more pressure on the syndicators and make legal action more feasible if it comes to that.Unfortunately, these situations can be complex, and getting your investment back may take time and effort.

Hi everyone - I am working with some investors & found that I am being faced with the problem / pressure of reducing my commission as they say they are going to buy / sell several properties with me & will not sign an exclusive agreement that puts a time / place & create a sense of loyalty.
