Not being an attorney and I recommend you get one, my opinion is it does not matter that they did a QCD (also it looks like the mod was done before the QCD anyways)

Not sure how to offer "fresh" items like milk or bakery muffins if I can't have them in a supply closet for the maids to put out after a cleaning...I am putting a Keurig in and planning to offer a variety of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa pods and some shelf-stable half and half or creamers.

Whatever channels are used to put him in touch with new investors need to be bombarded with complaints, the situation is bad enough without new people having access to his nasty operation internet pod casts and one or two BP pod casts.. to be fair BP does not vette their pod cast guests..
