Hi Marc - Aircover offers some protection for damages caused by guests, but it’s limited and doesn’t replace having dedicated STR insurance.

(and I would definitely support paying the $149 for listing on FF)Beyond FF, Airbnb and ALE, it's going to take time and leg work, and which platform will depend on your market.

Maybe you didn’t dedicate enough time to the goal.

I think BiggerPockets is an amazing platform for networking and learning from other investors.

Also, I believe that in order to invest through a crowdfunding platform one will have to be accredited investor.lastly, I can give you the name of a syndicator we have been dealing with for while. 

We don't use the platform but from what I've heard, it's a great option!  

And this is why I'm trying to take the necessary steps to correct this poor behavior and joining this platform to get some input/knowledge/guidance/advice.

It’s a shame but I had to go with a different insurance platform.  

I would approach this question with a few things in mind, such as what are your investing objectives and how much time do you want to dedicate to this. 

Michael - you can use this platform and FB Groups in order to find off market, live STRs in all of these neighborhoods.
