There are some really nice plastic laminates out there. 

The indirect tank was so full of tiny plastic shards I had to put a Y strainer on the output.

Just dropped earnest money for a cash close next Fri on a place sight unseen from a wholesaler I found here on the forums.

This area has many oil and gas factories, plastic factories, steel factories, etc.

This came after doing a lot of research and having an investor tell me that he became uncomfortable not being able to provide for his family, but he didnt wnat to get out of his comfort zone of Mon-Fri 9-5. 

Some plastic boxes fixed that problem.
