Hello all -I have a property in Plano that I am looking for a CMA on, both selling as-is comps, ARV and rental comps.  

Trying to see if this will make an investment option.I came across this Windrose Tower in plano. 

Also, was curious to know of some good title companies or agents located around the north dfw area around plano.

I did this myself for a home we purchased in Plano and I just needed the address of property to give to the foundation repair company.

I live in Plano.

I will simultaneously be looking for deals in North Texas as well specifically in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen and surrounding areas up to 60 miles, if Portland isn't offering much in terms of deals.I have been listening to podcasts, watching webinars and reading as much as I can, but would like to get tips from all of you on how to connect with REI community in Portland.
