However, if it was a floating LVP floor, you should be able to relay the same flooring since water wouldn't damage the LVP flooring and you already have pieces cut to fit.

Many other investors have asked themselves (and others this question) but what I believe it ultimately comes down to is what are your goals (how much money you'd like to make), are you physically able to manage it yourself and do you have the right organization and systems in place to do it on your own.

Squatters can now be locked out of a property and their possessions removed, but a landlord CANNOT physically remove the squatters themselves.The local police are supposed to enforce these laws and assist landlords in removing squatters.The reality is that when you call the Detroit Police to remove squatters:1) The police often don’t know/care about squatter laws and state you must take the squatters to court to evict them.

The claims of 1hr to collect rent, produce receipts, and deposit checks also seems like a reasonable claim if done physically and not electronically.

If the proforma has the rent roll at $1400 a month, there is a discrepancy that could lead you into a bad assumption on your business plan.Also one caveat, be aware of physical delineations around the area like bridges or railroad tracks or a canal.
