I typically don't comment on other's businesses unless I know from personal experience.

My PPR note fund investment is a little different in that you can buy some notes from PPR and pay for the PPR notes using your Fund investment. 

Personally I will not work with them specifically due to this fee.

Personally I think there are good loans out there but people look for the "perfect" loan that fits their buy box and meets a desired return - which the return is going to be based on risk.So for many you cannot have your cake and eat it too. thoughts?

Non-recourse has less personal exposure, but you need a very strong balance sheet to secure this without bringing in a KP.

I do have a silent investor, but when it comes to securing funding, it often feels like I’m navigating it alone.

It is possible to get 90% of your purchase price and 100% rehab funded as a first timer in 1-4 units.  

Once you have a deal they will guide you through the process and even help you attain the funding with out coming out of pocket or using your personal credit.

Ideally you would put only one persons name on the mortgage unless you absolutely had to have both to qualify.
