Do whatever you can to avoid it......Its a non deductable self perpetual scam.

I target 10-20 lot deals, which stereotypically means a small/long-term/multi-generational owner.

So, I really would like someone who could weigh in on the situation I'm in, as well as any insight on investor who were as young as I am (19... but almost 20 :)) and how they combated the stereotype of being to young to make it happen... and we all know that's not the case!

The "puddle" may be gone, but the circumstances that cleaned it up did not fix any of the issues that caused and perpetuate it.There is plenty of money to keep the puddle dry, but our bigger problem will be when that ceiling collapses.

The area is in a perpetual state of recession, it seems, and even the last bubble hardly had an impact on the area.I used to lend there and stopped.
