You are choosing to buy at the peak of the market then immediately sell after a national downturn and crying that you aren't going to make money.

So you tell them to open up their ceiling, then they peak around and the source of the leak will become obvious.

You're spot on with how private money lending offers speed and flexibility compared to traditional banks.

Not sure if Eddie Speed is still around and teaching out of Dallas, but I used to hear him speak years ago and he seemed like he is/was an expert.   

Also, most condos in Tulum are aesthetically pleasing anyway so I wouldn't pay a huge premium for the aesthetics.The high speed Mayan Train is under construction and hasn't been canceled.

Everything I've read shows PA peaked in 2022 and has dropped 5-6% since then.
