How can one obtain finance to flip a property in London; what are the options?.

I would really suggest that you pay for the complete training and learn to do it the right way, for the right reasons- helping people to be able to obtain homeownership and not be house poor. if your goal is greed, this course isn’t for you. we get the intentions but lets talk reality.. 

Do you feel like you are stepping up and doing what you need to do to obtain the life and results you desire? 

Again, that is if they decide to go forward with the sale, I guess worst case is that I obtain the equity and a mortgage at 3.75%...

I reached out and obtained some additional information from the seller's agent.

The whole point of sub-to is to obtain title for next to nothing with a great rate while avoiding most closing costs.Pay a premium for an option to keep the seller in title, risk title problems by doing so and then exercise the option just to pay full closing costs with a new crappy rate.

I would personally prefer to keep the properties and obtain financing for equity in order to grow.

If there’s a real problem with the system, it stems from the difficulty of actually EXECUTING an obtained judgement.  

You must obtain and pay for all other utilities.

Ultimately you may need to scale with a partner or two in order to obtain that many doors in the longer term, but before you partner it would benefit to do some deals yourself and gain experience.
