Normally you would think your asset value would go up if inflation goes up, but if the Fed is put into a position to print money to meet Fed Interest payments, US assets will probably devalue. 

We decided to go with a DSCR in the LLC name to help protect our personal assets… We are near closing which has taken WAY too long in my opinion… (we are on month 3 with 3 extensions)…Regardless, at this point 2 of the 4 of us in the partnership are being asked to sign as guarantors of the loan…1 Is this normal?

With $250k I would look at these neighborhoods: Normal Station, Audubon Park, Colonial Acres Sea Isle Park, and  Bartlett TN.

Now were back to a mare normal world where a person has to have that skill of forecasting, analysis, ability to "read the tea leaves" for where it's all going and if todays acquisition makes sense. 

Everything you describe though is just the normal process of how taxes are reassessed when a property is sold.  

I know Deed in Lieu is a common and normal practice.

I normally pick and choose the events I go to based on what will be discussed. 

15% on top of the normal month charge is a rip off.

Pay for your own painting and make them pay normal rent.
