Toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, those scrubby things for dishes, dishwasher detergent. 

Some places ie the mild west I could afford a couple multifamily properties possibly other places I could obviously afford one property.

Hello, I need to paint interior of a house, some electrical work and counter top change from formica to quartz in kitchen and bath room. None of this work needs permits. Can you pls point me to contractors in the area...

My strategy is get best deals on quality properties and raise rents/mild updates. 2-4 units work best for this in current market. 

@David MarasowYou don’t need to tell me, the Yanks are coming in by the Tesla full ;) With the steep decline in property value up there, now might be the rare time to come across something mildly profitable.

We can easily determine the additional cost of electricity, gas, water usage, and consumables (paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning products, etc.). 

If it's grease I've had good luck using either the drain cleaner someone else listed earlier or dishwasher detergent with hot water, let set overnight- it's the strongest detergent you can buy, but won't damage plastic pipes (can work on slow toilets as well, since it breaks down, er "food").

It has a mildly bad reputation but I find it to be mostly hype.

I don't know if perhaps because the owner changed they did a new assessment of the property, but I was expecting a mild increase from one year to another, nothing like this. 

Both seem to be mild mannered average people.
