Do you think it would be overkill on the dedicated circuits for the microwave above the range, and would you even include a microwave/range combo on a low-to-mid rental rehab? 

Make sure everything works and repair or replace as necessary (garbage disposal, dish washer and microwaves are typically the first to need repair).

Under this rule can I deduct the purchase of a new fridge, washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher for a rental property bought in 2016, all under 2500 with bills for each?
