Sherriff calls me and lets me know the actual date & time of the eviction, which myself, my crew/locksmith & the Sherriff shows up.

This includes categories like plumbing, electrical, handyman services, appliance repair, garage door repair, locksmith, tree removal, absolutely anything for the repair and maintenance of a building.  

They can make a key, they can authorize you to get a locksmith, is the back door open—they can give your their permission to enter.

By the time I called him back he had scheduled a locksmith to come let him in.

Give the required notice - and let him know that you will have a third party with you to document the visit as well as a locksmith.

Have a locksmith at the site as well so the property can be rekeyed at that time.

Most normally what you'd do here is hire a locksmith to open the lock and rekey it back to the original key, then bill it to the tenant.
