What made me unsuccessful as a landlord is that I acquired too many properties at one time and it was a juggling act in regards to rehab and finding tenants that could afford the rent.

I feel like they have more of an ability to focus in general while people who worked while in college are good at juggling.

It is quite the juggling act so I need to be as effective and efficient as possible.
