Can there be a judgement at least out him for misrepresentation or no?

I went through her Facebook, and turns out she runs a CPN business (credit profile number, for those who may not be familiar... people use fake names and SSNs, and credit profiles enroute to obtaining housing, cars, credit cards, etc.).I'm very bummed because I was gathering contractor quotes to have these damages added as judgements that could be garnished from her paycheck by the state, and now we've hit a dead end.

I have a tenant who has moved out and  i now have a judgement against. 

I just have to use my judgement and experience to determine what the expenses are going to be with whatever I can get from the seller, which is usually just whatever utility bills the property pays for.

When they move out and if their balance is not paid then we hand it to collections, put it on their credit reports, and in some cases seek a judgement.

How do you file a judgement against a tenant for damages beyond the security deposit?

Your property manager can send the judgement to the collections firm they use.

@Bruce Woodruff there used to be a TV show where they showed how they forcibly repossess these commercial properties, collect on judgement debts, etc all over in England.

Clearly a judgement call.
