I do see many investors incorporating a similar strategy with new construction builds, heavy rehabs, or in instances where the property was bought far below market value (usually a wholesale type transaction).

Many of my customers who are traveling nurses buy condos or townhomes in Florida as vacation homes, then rent them out when they're not in town.This system has proven to be very lucrative, as it allows them to service the mortgage debt and generate a good cash flow.

I will assume positive intent here that this is not the experience you intend for your customers.

They have other nice benefits also such as not charging for appraisals if the deal doesn’t close, a great reputation amongst local listing agents with meeting deadlines/ great customer service/ getting the job done with no b.s. and they can often close in under 14 days.

I tried to work with Digb and they provided some of the worst customer service I ever experience.

It took new construction costs from $800-2500 down to $325 / SF and instead of 2 years it can be done in 8-12 months (design, permits, fabrication, shipping, and erection) depending on how much homeowners customized the standard plans. 

This is the only app I can find customized for tracking your hours and that of your cleaners, handymen etc...

I use pricelabs and agree that Airbnb’s interests are with the customer not the host.
