In my area, that includes the following:Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Familial Status, National Origin, Disability, Military Status, Sexual Orientation, Age, Creed, Marital Status, Gender Identity, Source of Income, Immigration and Citizenship StatusBeing 19 y/o, the tenant is feels that this is unfair treatment based on age.

You know what I love about immigrants?

It's in the auto repair business, where I had no experience, but the owner I'm buying it from had no prior background in it either, he was Russian immigrant who started here as a taxi driver, saved up enough to open up 3 shoe stores, but sold it all when his wife was seriously injured in a robbery.One word of advice.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit if the roofers I use themselves use guys they can't legally cover with their workman's compensation, (i.e. illegal immigrants) but it just provides one more layer of risk management between myself and the contractor.

In the future if we don't have enough young people or laborers we'll let in more immigrants.

As an immigrant and son of immigrants I pride myself on making do wherever I land. 

My exception to the credit score rule would be if the tenant had NO score at all, which likely indicates they are an immigrant, just starting out in adult life, or a huge Dave Ramsey fan.
