That is one of my biggest motivations and motor to be able to change my invested money for some freedom. 

What Im looking for with REI.... is to find financial freedom, to build generational wealth, to bring my family together; my brothers,  my children, and their children into a business Im not only passionate about, but proud of.  

My current full time job is in healthcare 4 days a weeks.

But if your goal is long-term financial freedom, adding another appreciating asset could be a smart move.

If you want financial freedom (leaving your W2), what you really want is time freedom and since you are single now, that is a lot cheaper than you might think.

Also, I will assume that your goal is financial freedom.Financial freedom isn't just about replacing your current income.
