I would say its length matters less than its substance.

But the majority of people, myself, my clients, and BP posters, have been disappointed and financially harmed by working with them.

In form over substance, they probably win the case. 

There isn't any harm telling the truth.

In practice, it is all case by case.One of the first hurdles is the economic substance of the setup.
