And the city this was in is definitely considered renter friendly. so do you have approximately an equal amount of assets in all 3 LLCs ?

The property is in I would say a C+/B- part of town. 

A property that needs little or no renovations would be ideal for our first property.I am wondering if you guys have any more insight into specific areas that are good to invest in? I
